Cardiovascular training, strengthening and stretching are the most important topics for us. The aim is to (re)establish the balance between all muscle groups. The sport is more varied with hand equipment, but there are also lots of exercises using just your own body. It's amazing how heavy a leg can be! All exercises are designed in such a way that they are suitable for advanced exercisers as well as beginners and those taking a break. Even difficult exercises are more fun with lively music.
