A wide range of activities for beginners, those returning to the sport and sports enthusiasts. Some of the activities are organized as courses, but most of them always take place. You can be active here four days a week, almost all year round, as we are not affected by hall closures during the school vacations (with the exception of the closure of Campus North over Christmas/New Year). Sport without detours, very close to your workplace at Campus North.

 

Our weekly exercise classes are: Body-Fit, Core-Training, Thursday gymnastics, Fitness-Gymnastics, Fit-4-Work, Jogging, Athletics, Power-Fit, Back-Fit, Zumba

Our courses are: Hatha Yoga according to Iyengar (all year round)

We would be happy for you to drop in and join us without obligation to try out which classes you like, even before submitting a declaration of membership. (For yoga, please contact the trainer beforehand).

Cancelations: Unfortunately, Zumba noon and evening classes are canceled for July 31st and August 7th.
