Body-Fit

The class includes a full-body workout: mobilization, strengthening, endurance, stretching and coordination exercises. The class begins with a warm-up phase and ends with relaxation. Accompanied by music, we complete our varied exercise program with and without small equipment.

Core-Training

is a holistic training concept with a special focus on the core, i.e. the many small muscles deep in the torso that are responsible for our stability. We effectively strengthen the deep abdominal and back muscles through functional exercises that address our kinetic muscle chains. The fitness we acquire here will benefit us in everyday life!

Fit-4-Work

Early morning exercise that is fun and gets the day off to a good start - stimulating but not tiring - with the following topics: Abdominal-leg-buttocks, stability training with the Aerostep, back fitness (strengthening the back muscles and shoulder girdle), stretch and relax

"With Fit4Work, I feel like I'm doing something good for myself first thing in the morning. It's practically on the way to work and I start the day relaxed. Besides, it's better to exercise early than to be at work early. :-) ", says a long-time participant when asked why Fit4Work is the right class for her. If that sounds right for you too, why not come along and try it out?

Fitness at lunchtime (back fitness)

We warm up to hot rhythms for about 15 minutes and then work on our strength and flexibility for about 30 minutes. We alternate between dumbbells, benches, bars, balls and other training equipment to strengthen the muscles.

Thursday gymnastics (Do-Gym)

With us you will find a friendly, motivated and motivating training group to keep your body fit or to get fit again.

Cardiovascular training, strengthening and stretching are the most important topics for us. The aim is to (re)establish the balance between all muscle groups. The sport is more varied with hand equipment, but there are also lots of exercises using just your own body. It's amazing how heavy a leg can be! All exercises are designed in such a way that they are suitable for advanced exercisers as well as beginners and those taking a break. Even difficult exercises are more fun with lively music.

Here you can improve your general fitness in a combination of circuit training and functional gymnastics that challenges and encourages participants in an age-appropriate way.

Monday runners - Jogging

We neglect the cardiovascular system when working in an office. You can compensate for this by jogging. Fresh air and exercise are ideal for recovering from everyday stress. Depending on your fitness level, you can roam the woods around the center with a small group.

Meeting point: Stairs in front of the FTU

 

Power Fit

This class trains stamina and builds muscle and is fun at the same time.

After the warm-up, we train stamina and coordination with changing aerobic choreographies. (approx. 30 min). Britta then challenges us with a Tabata workout, in which all muscle groups are addressed and you can really work out. A short cool-down with stretching exercises rounds off the class.

Fitness-Gymnastics

We warm up and do cardiovascular training to lively music. We then strengthen and stretch our muscles with different focuses and small equipment. This helps to improve our body awareness and prevent poor posture. As a reward, the class ends with a relaxation phase.

This class was a women-only group for a long time, but is now open to anyone who wants to join us for exercise and fun.

Zumba Fitness®

Zumba Fitness® is a dance fitness program to Latin American music that is easy to learn and trains all areas of the body. A wide variety of dance styles, such as salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, cha cha cha, samba, belly dance, hip hop, tango etc. are combined with aerobic steps.

You don't have to be able to dance, the important thing is to move to the music, have fun and switch off from everyday life.
