Successful belt examinations for self-defense

On July 11, 2025, there were several exams for the self-protection and self-defense group in the Aikido department. First, Julijana Vidovic took her practical exam for her trainer license. In addition to components of the training such as a theoretical examination, several teaching units on didactic and pedagogical training as well as practical and technical training in training, the prospective trainer's task was to plan, prepare and conduct the youth training on this day in writing. The examiners were impressed and gave plenty of praise and constructive feedback. Congratulations on your commitment and dedication to our club!

In addition, seven candidates showed what they are capable of as part of a belt test: In addition to the basic techniques, which serve as the basis for everything else, the children and young people were allowed to demonstrate techniques for freeing themselves from grabs, defending themselves against striking weapons and verbal self-defense against multiple attackers.
