Zumba Fitness® is a dance fitness program to Latin American music that is easy to learn and trains all areas of the body. A wide variety of dance styles, such as salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, cha cha cha, samba, belly dance, hip hop, tango etc. are combined with aerobic steps.
You don't have to be able to dance, the important thing is to move to the music, have fun and switch off from everyday life.
