This class trains stamina and builds muscle and is fun at the same time.

After the warm-up, we train stamina and coordination with changing aerobic choreographies. (approx. 30 min). Britta then challenges us with a Tabata workout, in which all muscle groups are addressed and you can really work out. A short cool-down with stretching exercises rounds off the class.
